A Black Falcon
So which do you prefer?

And would any other cartoons really qualify for this list? :)

Dark Jaguar
Yes, you forgot Thundercats and Voltron at least!

A Black Falcon
Why? Aren't they nothing but shows somewhat similar and vastly inferior to Transformers? :)

Dark Jaguar
You've never actually.... seen... Thundercats have you? JUST ADD IT! HO! As for Voltron, it's kinda similar, but more to the Japanese original Transformers where the kids could ride inside the robots. It's actually more like Power Rangers.

A Black Falcon
No, I haven't seen Thundercats.

Hmm... Smurfs, maybe? :D

The Super Mario Bros. Super Show? Captain N? Or were those '90s?

And as for comparing something to Power Rangers... Power Rangers stinks. Really badly.

Ryan
Where the hell is He-Man?

I know the current version of He-Man is awful, but the original kicks rocks!

Great Rumbler
And as for comparing something to Power Rangers... Power Rangers stinks. Really badly.

The Power Rangers used to be cool back when the show started, but after I realised they just did the same thing over and over I got tired of watching it.

No, I haven't seen Thundercats.

Gasp! By the eye of Thundara!!

I thought of a show that needs to be added: Robotech! While I didn't get to watch it until the '90s, it's a really good '80s cartoon.

A Black Falcon
Where the hell is He-Man?

Huh? Its there...

The Power Rangers used to be cool back when the show started, but after I realised they just did the same thing over and over I got tired of watching it.

It was lame... Ninja Turtles is a thousand times better.

Gasp! By the eye of Thundara!!

I thought of a show that needs to be added: Robotech! While I didn't get to watch it until the '90s, it's a really good '80s cartoon.

Hmm... Robotech, yes, good one.

OB1
Are we just counting shows that aired only in the U.S. in the 80's, or cartoons from any country in the 80's? If that's the case then Z Gundam wins, hand down. It still holds up today, unlike most of those other shows. Have you seen the old TMNT lately? It's really, really bad.

Great Rumbler
I assumed that it was shows that aired here in the '80's, but ABF didn't specify wether or not that was the case.

Z Gundam wins, hand down.

Have you ever seen Robotech? Anyway, Robotech is awesome! Way better than your silly Gundams, because the robots in Robotech can turn into jet fighters or a combination of both. Instant awesome, in my opinion.

OB1
:erm:

Z Gundam also had the whole robot-that-turns-into-a-jet-type-thingy. What it had that Robotech lacked, however, was a great story and super-keen mech designs.

A Black Falcon
I was thinking US cartoons... but whatever...

And I know that the old TMNT is corny and not great... but its still allright. Corny, mostly in a good way... :)

But I'd definitely say that Transformers held up better.

OB1
I used to love TMNT, but after seeing a few episodes recently I'm shocked that I once loved it so much. It's a really crappy show.

And I think it would be better to just include shows that aired in the U.S.

Ryan
I swear He-Man wasn't up there the first time! Stop screwing with my head!

A Black Falcon
Masters of the Universe was there, along with Transformers and TMNT... if you really liked it you'd have remembered the name of the show... :)

alien space marine
Transformers was my first child hood obsesion.

I used to buy loads of transformer toys.

Great Rumbler
Z Gundam also had the whole robot-that-turns-into-a-jet-type-thingy.

Since they both came out in '85 which copied which?

OB1
Well since Robotech was sort of an off-shoot of the original 70's Gundam show, the answer is Robotech of course.

Anyone that knows their mech anime knows that Gundam is king. You have much to learn, my very young apprentice.

A Black Falcon
As in, "everyone who agrees with me thinks its the best"?

And I had a bunch of Transformers toys tool. They were cool... I loved those things. :)

Great Rumbler
Well since Robotech was sort of an off-shoot of the original 70's Gundam show, the answer is Robotech of course.

I meant about the mech-that-turns-into-a-jet things.

Anyone that knows their mech anime knows that Gundam is king.

Pfft. Gigantor could totally smash like a hundred Gundams...at once.

OB1
As in, "everyone who agrees with me thinks its the best"?

NO, as in "everyone who's seen all of the good mech shows knows that Gundam is the best". GR has only seen Big O, Robotech and crappy Gundam Wing.

I meant about the mech-that-turns-into-a-jet things.

Well they both came out at the same time so.... Z Gundam. :p

Pfft. Gigantor could totally smash like a hundred Gundams...at once.

Well if they were too powerful then the show would be no fun.

Great Rumbler
GR has only seen Big O, Robotech and crappy Gundam Wing.

Actually I've seen quite a few more than that. The actual list is: Big O, Robotech, Gundam Wing, Gundam 08th MS Team, Dai-Guard, Nadesico, Rahxephon, and all three Patlabor movies.

Well they both came out at the same time so.... Z Gundam.

I did some searching and I found that Robotech actually came out in Japan in '82. So...Z Gundam copied Robotech. :)

Robotech (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0142183/)

Well if they were too powerful then the show would be no fun.

Well...Gigantor wasn't really that powerful, but he did fight evil quite often.

A Black Falcon
I've seen a few eps of various Gundams, a few of Nadiesico, the first Macross Plus episode (have the other three, haven't seen them)... and all of Escaflowne (though that's somewhat different) and most of Evangelion.

OB1
Actually I've seen quite a few more than that. The actual list is: Big O, Robotech, Gundam Wing, Gundam 08th MS Team, Dai-Guard, Nadesico, Rahxephon, and all three Patlabor movies.

I've seen all of:

-Mobile Suit Gundam
-Zeta Gundam
-Gundam Wing
-Gundam 08th MS Team
-Gundam 0080
-Gundam 0083
-Gundam: Char's Counterattack
-Policenauts 1 & 2

Most of:

-Nadesico
-Victory Gundam
-Gundam F91
-Robotech
-Big O
-Argento Soma
-Evangelion
-Macross Plus
-Escaflowne

Some of:

-Gigantor
-Gundam Seed
-Rahxephon,
-Patlabor
-Gasaraki
-Hades Project Zeorymer
-Turn A Gundam

And uh... some others that I forgot.

I did some searching and I found that Robotech actually came out in Japan in '82. So...Z Gundam copied Robotech.

Oh, I forgot about the Gundam novels by Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino. He wrote a bunch of them in between and during the series, and I believe one of pre-Robotech ones had robots-into-jets mechs.

And besides, Robotech was just a robot soap opera while the good Gundam series were serious robot war epics. And they had much better mech designs.
:shakeit:

alien space marine
Ive only seen Gundam wing.

OB1
That show sucks. :)

Great Rumbler
That show sucks.

Don't try to force your opinion on us like it's fact, OB1!

-Gundam 0083

I've seen that too, I just forgot to include it on my list.

[qoute]
And besides, Robotech was just a robot soap opera while the good Gundam series were serious robot war epics.[/quote]

I still stand by my opinion that Robotech is an awesome series.

A Black Falcon
(shows with mechs)

All
-Escaflowne

Most
-Evangelion (seen first 18 eps)

Some
-Nadiesco (first three eps)
-Gundam 0080 (3-5 assorted eps)
-Macross Plus (ep.1)
And one or two eps of some other Gundam show that I forget the name of.

Isn't Macross Robotech? Did Macross Plus not come out over here or something?

OB1
Don't try to force your opinion on us like it's fact, OB1!

But it's true!! Gundam Wing is a pathetic shell of the original Gundam series. It's like the stupid younger sister of the Gundam family. At least Gundam G went crazy with the action thing and didn't try to be like MSG. Wing tried to be like MSG but failed miserably.

I still stand by my opinion that Robotech is an awesome series.

And I agree with you! It's a cool show. Just not Gundam cool.

Isn't Macross Robotech? Did Macross Plus not come out over here or something?

Macross is one of the Robotech series, yes. But then there were Macross movies and OVAs that got rid of the Robotech name, like Macross Plus.

Great Rumbler
But it's true!!

I liked it.

Just not Gundam cool.

Well, Dai-Guard is better than both. :p

Macross is one of the Robotech series, yes.

Yes. Robotech was actually a combination of three anime series, which had nothing to do with each other, btw.

OB1
I liked it.

That's because you haven't seen any of the full-lengthed UC Gundam series. Once you watch them Gundam Wing looks terrible in comparison.

Well, Dai-Guard is better than both.

Dai-Guard is just a big Gundam rip-off... the mech design, anyhow.

Great Rumbler
Dai-Guard is just a big Gundam rip-off... the mech design, anyhow.

Uh...not really.

OB1

Yeah, because there's only one Gundam design in existence.

Allow me to help you.

Gundam Wing's Epyon:

Dr. Ripoffo, aka Dai-Guard:

Great Rumbler
I wish I had a costume like that.

Anyway, Dai-Guard is still cool. :p

OB1
Sure, but his design is a complete rip-off of Epyon. :)

That's me in that costume!

N-Man
Those cartoons are really early childhood for me, like 4-5 years old... mostly I watched Carebears, TMNT and GI Joe back then, as far as English cartoons go anyway. Also ate up Disney stuff, like Ducktales, Rescue Rangers and Tailspin. Later on (around 8-9) I was mostly into Captain Planet and Power Rangers. Transformers never did anything for me, and I never even heard of He-Man until I read about it on the internet.

OB1
*Gasp!*

How could we forget about Carebears??!!

A Black Falcon
Captain Planet... now THAT was a really bad show. I always thought that it was one of the lamest shows ever... and I always disliked TaleSpin. Ducktales and Rescue Rangers were cool, though...

Dark Jaguar
Anyone remember Rainbow Brite? Just me? Okay then.

Anyway, Thundercats was COOL, because it was like, all cat like, and it was all like "we have magic in space". I thought that the sight beyond sight was cool, and I wanted that! Plus, it had Mum-ra! He was so evil they cancelled the show because of him! Well, he did kinda pray to ancient spirits of evil to boost his own power on a regular basis. Not a single giant robot to be found there ABF by the way. Plus, those Lunatics were cool. They broke Lion-O's sword. And Cheetara was cool, because she's all like, fast. And um, that's about it.

I wish the Japanese Transformers had been aired here instead of the other thing. I liked Transformers, even though I only saw like 10 episodes at most. I remember the one with dinobots. That was cool, because dinosaurs are cool. ALL of them! Rex egg protection attack pattern something-or-other! Then, a big rock came along...

What's Weltall doing up there?

OB1
What?

A Black Falcon
What was Japanese Transformers like? Never seen it...

Dark Jaguar
Well, that was actually what the US Transformers was based on. Kinda odd that the leader of the autobots, a giant semi-truck, is from good ol' Japan. All I know is what others have told me, but apparently the kids in the Japanese version occasionally actually piloted the Transformers. I have no idea why they decided to actually make a brand new series for us in the US instead of just translating the Japanese one though.

To OB1: Who?

OB1
What's Weltall doing up there?

As far as I can determine our Transformers IS the original series, not a new series based on a previous one. There is, however, a newer series, that, if I remember correctly, is similar to what you are describing.

OB1
Yeah, "Robots in Disguise". That show sucked pretty badly.

A Black Falcon
There've been a whole bunch of Transformers serieses since the original, but none of them are as good as it...

Great Rumbler
I think DJ might have been talking about Transformers: Car Robots.

OB1
The Transformers movie was great.

Great Rumbler
Yes it was.

A Black Falcon
Yeah, the Transformers movie was awesome...

OB1
Better than all of the shows combined.

A Black Falcon
Close... but the original Transformers show is pretty good too.

OB1
The movie has stood the test of time, though. I don't need nostalgia to enjoy it today.

A Black Falcon
I don't either. See, I didn't sse Transformers much in the '80s... if I did I can barely remember it. Probably an episode sometime or something that I don't rememeber wel,. I first saw the movie a year and a half ago, and have never really seen much of the TV show... I've downloaded a few eps and they were quite good. I'd say that they stand up to time better than TMNT for sure... that one I like too (when I watched a few eps I downloaded), but it is definitely quite corny and nostalgia plays a big part in still liking it. :)

Dark Jaguar
Some huge anime fan here, or somewhere, explained to me and linked to some site about the original Japanese series ours is apparently based on. So, FOAF.

OB1: In that picture of two mechs in costumes, you have Epyon standing by Weltall.

Great Rumbler
I don't know what you read, DJ, but at Internet Movie Database the earliest listing for Transformers is the on from '84 which is the Transformers series that was shown here and there is no mention of a previous series.

Transformers (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0086817/)

Oh hey you're right.

Ryan
There IS a bigger fan than me! :woah:

Darunia
I resent that poll not having the BEST 80's cartoons, like Ducktales, the Gummi Bears, and Garfield. Now THOSE were the best shows EVER!

A Black Falcon
Ducktales is good. Garfield? I've seen it several times. Its ... not so good. Certainly not as good as the great cartoon. :)

Great Rumbler
You're crazy! Garfield was a great show and very funny.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY KIDS!!!

A Black Falcon
Garfield was alright, but the "& Friends" parts were pretty dumb. Those animals on that farm...

Great Rumbler
Those parts weren't as a good as the Garfield cartoon, but they were still funny.

Darunia
Yea, USA Acres was passable...but I'll never understand where the hell the idea came from for that. Why not just have a full half hour of Garfield...?

And what of the fucking awesome Gummi Bears, 'eh?!

A Black Falcon
Yeah, putting it in the cartoon was a pretty bad, and strange, idea.

Dark Jaguar
Garfield IS awesome! Comics are hilarious, and so was the show (though I prefer the comics). Yes, that Acres thing was kinda... lame, but it did have Wade Duck, which almost made up for it.

OB1
You guys really like Garfield?

A Black Falcon
The Garfield parts are good! The Christmas Special is quite good... I have it on tape (recorded from the TV...). :)

And the comic is funny.

Great Rumbler
Garfield? I've seen it several times. Its ... not so good.

The Garfield parts are good!

A Black Falcon
I love Garfield the comic strip, and the Garfield parts of the cartoon were good, or at least okay... I just thought that the other parts with that farm are dumb.

Great Rumbler
Great Rumbler: Then...why did...I'VE GOT IT!!!

Jonathan Garrett: No you haven't.

Daniel Coleman: :(

Darunia
Fuckin' liberals.

Moiraine
OOO! I used to love to watch the Super Mario show like right before I would go to school...

What about Mighty Max? or was that the 90's? I used to love that show too.

Dark Jaguar
Time for the Super Mario Super Show!

Duh duh duh duh duh duh do!

Swing your arms, from side to side! Come on let's go and dance DO THE MARIO! Take one step, and then again. Come on let's go and dance, all together now! Do do do do do, do do do, do do do, do do do do do, do do do All together now! Do do do do do do do do, do do do, JUST LIIIKE THAT!

Great Rumbler
I used to watch that all the time! *does the Mario*

Laser Link
How can you pick just one? I loved He-Man, Transformers, and Carebears back then. What about the Pound Puppies, or Ghostbusters? Yeah, they aren't classics, but I loved them. TMNT and Captain N are late 80's, so it's a totally different time for me. He-Man was on one of my first birthday cakes and my Optimus Prime action figure was one of my favorite toys, but that was when I was really young. Oh, and Teddy Ruxpin!!! YEAH!

And what about the Disney classics like Ducktales, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Gummi Bears and Talespin? I would mention Darkwing too, but that was from the 90's I think.

So yeah, there were way too many good cartoons back then. I can't choose. I don't really remember much of Transformers or He-Man, so I can't compare those to TMNT or Ducktales. So, ALL OF THEM!

Laser Link
Oh, one more thing. So we don't waste an entire thread on it, the best 90's cartoon ever was Animaniacs. And don't come talking about your Simpsons stuff either, nothing comes close to Yakko, Wacko, and Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francessca Bannannabannabobesca III. And Pinky and the Brain. And Rita and Runt. And the Goodfeathers. And Slappy. No contest.

Oops, I misspelled Yakko's name. This must be fixed.

Great Rumbler
Spew!

Dark Jaguar
Hmm, I loved Taz-Mania myself. While I certainly loved Animaniacs more than Tiny Toons, for me Taz-Mania just inched out the Animaniacs. I guess it's because it managed to recapture the charm of old Looney Toons.

Who can't laugh at Axel getting "lessons" because he said or did something stupid?

Great Rumbler
Ah, Animaniacs and Taz-Mania, staples of my childhood to be sure.

Dark Jaguar
You know kids, sometimes when blah blah blah you have to yackety shmackety and then blah blah smachety yackety shmackety. Do you see what I'm saying? Now let's all have a nice tall cool glass of OJ.

Great Rumbler
They should bring it on DVD.

Dark Jaguar
No way, they should put it on PVB! Platypus-Versatile-Beak! Taz, could you insert this into the player over there in the corner?

Taz: *sees gigantic evil looking machine churning out smoke with many metal teeth for no good reason near tray* blaaaaaaaa!

Dark Jaguar
Welcome to the land that's way under, down under,
the sky's always yellow in the rain or shine...

Down in Taz-Mania,
Come to Taz-Mania.

Where topsy meets turvy and they start to spin,
Like a Tazmanian devil and his closest kin.

Down in Taz-Mania,
Come to Taz-Mania.

Mom's a live wire, dad's a bump on a log,
Molly's all fired up while Jake plays with the dog.

Down in Taz-Mania,
Come to Taz-Mania.

Digeri Dingo and Wendel T. Wolf,
Francis X. Bushlad is never uncouth.
Bushwacker Bob and his mother called Mum,
Constance and Thickley just want to have fun.
Bull Gator and Axl are always left sore,
If you have a deal just call Buddy Boar,
The Platypus brothers are a-backin' about,
The kiwi, the bushrats, have we left anyone out?
Oh yea, don't forget Taz...

He put the Taz in Taz-Mania,
Down in tazmania,
Come to Tazmania,
We mean you!

*taz breaks out*

Wah-go, Zaz-a-fraz, Pffffffffffft!

Great Rumbler
No way, they should put it on PVD! Platypus-Versatile-Beak!

Wouldn't that be PVB?

Dark Jaguar
Darn types, typoee, teop, tyops..... typos!

Great Rumbler
It's time for Animaniacs
And we're zainey to the max

We're Animainacs
We have pay-or-play contracts
We're zainey to the max
There's bologna in are slacks
We're Animany
Totaly insaney
Here's the show's namey
Animaniacs
Those are the facts

Dark Jaguar
WEeee're... tiny we're toony... we're... eh who am I kidding I've completely forgotten that song....

Great Rumbler
We're tiny, we're toony, we're all a little looney! Uh..something something Acme Acres...that's all I can remember.

Dark Jaguar
Elmira was the coolest on that show, or maybe Baby Plucky, like a tie. The rest are just shallow charicatures of the Looney Toons, who were shallow charicatures in and of themselves, including normal Plucky. Those two were the only things close to original really. They both had cameos on Animaniacs though. Eh, Tiny Toons WAS funny, just didn't compare to the ones that came after it. Oh yeah, Freakazoid. *turns into the Freakazoid, then runs around with arms out making flying noises*

OB1
I used to watch Tiny Toons every day after school.

Any of you watch the new Duck Dodgers? It's great.

Dark Jaguar
There! I ate it!

Pirate: Now now, we gots a whole anchor to finish!

Ryan
Taz-Mania doesn't even begin to compare to the genius of Animaniacs, I'm afraid. But then again, I never liked Taz anyway.

Dark Jaguar
That's because you are a communist dog! :D

Really though, I guess it's just different tastes. Both were good, Taz-Mania just won out for me. Taz back in the old Looney Toons wasn't exactly the funniest in the bunch, but he had his moments, and I guess Warner wanted to really make him memorable and made a series where his antics truly were gut busting. Worked for me anyway.

I also like Marvin Martian. Where's my T-N37 space modulator?

geoboy
I can't believe nobody hasn't mentioned Ren & Stimpy and Rocko's Modern life for cartoons of the '90s. Come to think of it, well over 80% of all TV I watched during the early '90s was Nickelodeon. I really wasn't into Disney cartoons at the time, with the exception of Ducktales and Goof Troop. (I know there are probably a few others I watched regularly). But damn did Goof Troop have the coolest openening theme music! :D Sure, I can't remember any of the lyrics, except for the deep "yeah". Man, that music takes me back...

Dark Jaguar
We actually haven't mentioned it at all, though to be honest I'm actually surprised about that in and of itself. Why would you be surprised that noone wouldn't mention it anyway? Everyone knows about it.

Why has no one mentioned it though? I think it's because this was only 1980's cartoons to start with. LL switched it to 1990's, but he never saw Ren and Stimpy so he had to go with what he did see, and that happened to be Fox Kids stuff. Well, suffice it to say the conversation completely shifted to Fox Kids cartoons for some odd reason. I will say that having the privilage of cable was sort of an on/off thing in my childhood. We'd go for a year or so with it, then it'd get shut off due to lack of cash for about a year, then it'd be turned back on again for another year or two. So, I'd find myself totally lacking da Happy Happy. I was happy with Taz though :D.

Remember when he got his arse handed to him by a little kitten?

A Black Falcon
Never seen either of those cartoons either... and I've only seen a couple episodes of Animaniacs. I love the old Looney Tunes cartoons, though...

Laser Link
I would do a heck of a lot to get the complete series of Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain on DVD. Same for Ducktales and the rest. Tiny Toons was great too, but I never got into Tazmania. I don't know why. Animaniacs was the greatest for me because it was soooooo incredibly sarcastic and random, and it was the first cartoon I ever watched that had that. I completely related to it, and I liked their last name. :)

We're Tiny, We're Toony, We're all a little looney
And in this cartoony, we're invading your T.V.
We're comic dispensers, we crack up all the censors
On Tiny Toons Adventures get a dose of comedy

So Here's Acme Acres it's a whole wide world apart
Out home sweet home, it stands alone, a cartoon
Work of art

The scripts were rejected. Expect the unexpected
On Tiny Toon Adventures it's about to start

They're furry, they're funny, they're Babs and
Buster Bunny
Montana Max has Money. Elmyra is a pain
Here's Hamton, and Plucky. Dizzy Devil's Yucky.
Furrball's unlucky, and Gogo is insane

At Acme Looniversity we earn our toon degree.
The teaching staff's been getting laughs since 1933
We're Tiny, We're Toony, We're all a little looney.
It's Tiny Toon Adventures come and join the fun

And now our song is done.

Ren & Stimpy was the first with that level of randomness for me, and it just had so much more than Animaniacs that that show seemed fairly tame by comparison. As for sarcasm, which I love :D, Taz-Mania had a very high level of it, about the same as Animaniacs actually (though in a different comedy style). Found the whole package VERY well done :D. Just so addictive a little show, and I would love to get that as a gift. Animaniacs, I also loved that one, but Taz is... Taz. Taz's dad is also just too cool.

Animaniacs and Tiny Toons... only seen each one a couple of times. But they didn't seem that great... especially if you compare them to the old Looney Tunes... those are just so great. Road Runner is probably my favorite, but they're all good...

Dark Jaguar
I demand you return it at once! *poors water on dehydrated martians* After him!

You know, that device looks suspiciously like a stick of dynamite... You sure you want that in your pants?

A Black Falcon
Dehydrated Martians... straight from Duck Dodgers. Silly Marvin Martian, you won't succeed in blowing up the earth!

OB1
Animaniacs and Tiny Toons are great, but yeah they really do pale in comparison to the original Looney Tunes.

Speaking of Looney Tunes, I was just about to buy this DVD set (http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemid=WBD027918&promotion=y). 411 minutes worth of Looney Tunes goodness spread across four DVDs with plenty of extra features.

Dark Jaguar
Actually, straight from an episode of Looney Toons with Bugs Bunny being sent to Mars. Funny how they totally ignore little things like "lack of air" and "lack of gravity" on those :D.

OB1
If you don't understand it then it doesn't apply to you, silly.

A Black Falcon
Air, gravity... its a cartoon! What next, going to complain how they can die a million times and be just fine a second later? :)

OB1
Remember that episode where Elmer Fudd was running off a cliff and didn't drop down because he didn't know what gravity was?

Great Rumbler

Hahaha, that's gotta be one of my favorite Bugs Bunny cartoons ever! The part were he was trying to get away from the Martians on a scooter.

Animaniacs and Tiny Toons... only seen each one a couple of times. But they didn't seem that great... especially if you compare them to the old Looney Tunes...

Sure, they've got nothing on the old toons, but by themselves they're great, funny cartoons.

OB1
Animaniacs was a lot funnier than Tiny Toons, I thought. I loved those "Good Idea, Bad Idea" segments.

Dark Jaguar
I know, I was saying how I found that funny, not complaining about it! It'd be annoying if they DID try obeying it, but noticing things like that helps make it funnier, so I WILL continue to notice those things!

OB1
You responding to me or ABF? Because I know that you knew what I know.

Great Rumbler
ABF, I think.

A Black Falcon
Yeah, looks like me.

And I know you were joking... its just a dumb comment since its taken for granted in Cartoon Physics World, like all those other things. :)

And yes, the Bugs Bunny Marvin Martian ones... funny too. I've seen one or two of those...

Geno
I voted TMNT... a real classic if ever there was one.

Great Rumbler
Alright, who messed with the poll...again?

A Black Falcon
You? Its usually you... :)

Great Rumbler
I did it like once or twice and now everyone says that's what I "usually do".

OB1
I think I messed with it.

I'm not sure.

A Black Falcon
Right, like you could be not sure the same day... :S

Great Rumbler
GR: OB1, did you mess with the poll?

OB1: I...don't recall.

Laser Link
Oh, that must have been me. 27 is my favorite number. I think I just added 2700 to a few of the votes, cause I wanted all those shows to be tied (plus/minus 0.01) in precentage.

OB1
Well there you have it!

OB1: 27

ABF: -31

GR: pudding

Great Rumbler
Yay!

OB1
But it's spinach-flavored pudding...

Great Rumbler
Oh...

A Black Falcon
Wait... that's not spinach, that's REALLY old vanilla pudding...

OB1
Wh--... wait... you're right. My bad.

A Black Falcon
I've seen green butter (the soft tub stuff) before... incredibly disgusting.

OB1
I've seen green broccoli before. Crazy stuff.

Great Rumbler
Wow. I've heard stories about that, but I've never seen it myself.

OB1
Yeah, and I even took a picture of it just in case anyone doubted me.

Great Rumbler
Spew!

OB1
Isn't it crazy??!!

A Black Falcon
Funny picture... :)

OB1
It's real!!

A Black Falcon
When I eat broccoli I don't eat the stem, just the ... uh, whatever you call the top part...

OB1
I eat all of it. I hate steamed broccoli (and most steamed vegetables, for that matter), but I love it with good dip.

A Black Falcon
Overcooked steamed vegitables are bad, but when not cooked so much that they're limp and no good they are okay.

Though I definitely prefer peas and beans to broccoli...

OB1
I like broccoli more than peas and beans.

A Black Falcon
I really like peas... always ahve.

Dark Jaguar
Optimus Prime is JEWISH?

OB1
Yeah.

Great Rumbler
You're the white version of a black man who's bad with his money.

OB1
I... wh-....

?

Great Rumbler
It's a quote from The Family Guy.

Fittisize
Actually it's from Family Guy.

OB1
You weird Canadians and your hatred towards the word "The".

Dark Jaguar
He said Family Guy, he just put "The" in front of it, but there's no way to tell for certain he meant it as a PART of the show's name :D. He could just be the sort of person who uses "the" in all the wrong places, like "I'm on THE welfare" or "Let's go to THE McDonald's".

Great Rumbler
Actually it's from Family Guy.

You are now the proud recipient of my supreme and eternal hatred. May you use it in poor health and die soon...you schmuck.

alien space marine
Enough with the brocoli!
